MPB PRO-Gram

A consistent β€œpro-like” training program designed for all skill levels

A structured basketball training program designed to develop a player’s skills and understanding of the game. With a set training schedule, players will be able to improve quickly through a committed schedule. This program is designed to bring β€œpro-like” training to players of ALL skill levels.

What is the MPB PRo-Gram

The MPB PRO-gram will work on skill development like footwork, basketball movements, shooting, and ball-handling, but will also have a major emphasis on In-Game application. With a small group setting, there will be more opportunity for players to practice game-like scenarios, go against live or semi-live defense, and more.

Training 2 Times a week

1:20/hr Long Sessions

10+ Hours of Total training per month

Players will be split into one of two groups after registering.

Each group has a maximum of 10 players. This will ensure a small and focused group of similar skill levels and ages. This will make sure that each player gets the MOST out of the PRO-gram.

Why was the MPB PRO-Gram created?

The MPB PRO-gram was created because most young players do not have access to a consistent place to train with quality coaching. The PRO-gram is a way to give committed players a place to improve and compete. Designed by a current professional basketball player, the PRO-gram brings a β€œpro-like” experience to players of all skill levels.

3 c’s of the MPB PRo-Gram

  • Consistency is the key to growth. With a structured training schedule, players will receive quality coaching week after week to builds their skills.

  • Players will be grouped with athletes of a similar skill level, allowing them to compete against each other. This also allows for game-like drills with defense to better learn the game.

  • The PRO-gram is designed to give athletes insight on what it takes to be a β€œpro”. At MPB, we believe that you need to be a pro on and off the court. The PRO-gram strives to develop work ethic, sportsmanship and commitment within its athletes.
