mitch Pelissier

Mitch Pelissier has been a youth coach for the last 10 years with experience with athletes of all ages. He first became a coach with NBC Camps and has been a summer camp coach consistently for the last 10 years. He then became the head coach of the 7th/8th grade Chicago Mustangs, an AAU team in Chicago. More recently, during his time overseas, he was heavily involved with the BK Amager Youth Program in Copenhagen, Denmark, which ranged from coaching teams, personal trainings, and running camps for all ages. Max Performance Basketball started in the summer of 2022 and has helped athletes from ages 9 through 22 grow and elevate their game. With this experience of coaching around the world, Mitch knows what it takes for athletes to develop into complete players.

Coaching Experience

Mitch Pelissier was born and raised in Puyallup, WA and went to Mt. Rainier Lutheran High. He was a two-time All-League guard and scored over 1,500 points in his career. He went on to play college basketball at Concordia University Chicago, where he became the schools 2nd All-Time Leading Scorer, and an All-Conference and All-Region guard. After he graduated in 2019, he has been playing professional basketball overseas in Europe. He has played in the top leagues of Albania, Denmark and most recently, Finland.
